Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant was founded by Mr. Montes and opened Septemeber 4th, 2004. Mr. Montes, who has been in the restaurant industry for twenty-five years now, had plenty amounts of service since the age sixteen. Mr. Montes began working at some of the most respected restaurants in Los Angeles, CA. He has had the American Dream of owning his own restaurant ever since. Working every position in the book, and managing for over a decade, he found a great opportunity in Colorado. With being in business for over 15 years, Mr. Montes and his staff still keep striving to give nothing but the best experience any customer can have.
Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant was named after the birth place of the Mr. Montes, where he discovered many of the recipies that we now offer.
As a family owned business, we take pride in working hard to satisfy our customers, keep a clean and friendly enviroment, and provide some of the most authentic Mexican food in Colorado. Many of our recipes have been passed down from generation to generation giving old school traditional mexican food straight from grandma's kitchen. With the help of our world class Chef Mr. Ortega we have since tweaked those recipes into perfection.
